Reproduction Head-direction coding in juvenile and adult Fmr1-/y rats (Moore et al. 2025)
Tests the findings of Moore, Duszkiewicz, Asiminas, Dudchenko, Peyrache and Wood (bioRxiv 2025) on dandiset 001699, which holds silicon-probe recordings of the postsubiculum of 24 juvenile and adult Fmr1-/y and wild-type rats during open-field exploration and sleep. It recomputes the cell selection, head-direction tuning, its stability within and between sessions, decoder drift, and tuning to the Isomap angle of waking and REM population activity, and compares genotypes in each age group.
